By downloading, installing, or using the KonsolBermain eSIM application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

KonsolBermain eSIM provides users with a free eSIM containing 100 GB of mobile data upon successful registration and task completion. The service includes:

• One (1) free eSIM profile per eligible user
• 100 GB of data valid for a limited period after activation
• Instant eSIM provisioning to compatible Android devices
• In-app task system required to unlock the eSIM

To use this service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Own an eSIM-compatible Android device
• Have a valid phone number for verification
• Not have previously claimed a free eSIM under any KonsolBermain account

We reserve the right to verify eligibility and deny service to users who do not meet these requirements.

The free eSIM offer is subject to the following conditions:

• One free eSIM per person, per device, and per phone number
• Data validity period begins upon eSIM activation
• Unused data does not roll over after the validity period
• The offer may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice
• We reserve the right to revoke the eSIM if fraudulent activity is detected

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful registration information
• Not create multiple accounts to obtain additional free eSIMs
• Not use the service for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the app
• Keep your account credentials confidential

Violation of these responsibilities may result in immediate account suspension and revocation of your eSIM.

All content, branding, logos, and software associated with KonsolBermain eSIM are the exclusive property of KonsolBermain and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service availability
• Network coverage in all geographic locations
• Compatibility with all devices or operating system versions

Use of the service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KonsolBermain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, including but not limited to loss of data or service interruptions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users, third parties, or the integrity of our service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indonesia.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
